PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
Virginia stock is native to the Mediterranean and has been cultivated in England since the early 1700s. It is a sweet four-petaled spring bloomer that fills in garden edges and containers with pink and lavender-blue blooms and helps conceal the browning bulb foliage when interplanted with spring bulbs. It does best in the cool weather of early summer and fall and is perfect for children to try, as it is easy to grow and quick to bloom.
