PLACEMENT & CULTIVATION
Mask flower 'Starletts' adds brilliant splashes of color to garden edges and containers. A cool-season flower, it blooms in summer and fall in moderate summer areas; if bloom flags, trim and top-dress with compost mid-season, to ensure blooms until frost.

Not particular about pH, but prefers slightly acid to neutral.
If soils are particularly poor, mix in an organic granular fertilizer once seedlings have reached 6-8" in height.
