Great and FAST germination just planting in small pots outside in mid-May (Zone 6a). After they grew several sets of true leaves I transplanted into garden. Took off with minimal care. Started blooming in late June/early July. Fantastic pop of green that compliments the dark foliage of several nearby perennials ( One a 'Lady in Black' Aster with near-black foliage). So much more interesting than white! Haven't detected any scent, day or evening. Will plant more next year!
A Lime green pop in your landscape or in cut flowers, is beautiful. So easy to grow.
I had outstanding germination (seeds are TINY and I over seeded)! Started indoors on 3/10 (zone 4). Planted out in the landscape 5/20. Plant grew large and bloomed all summer. I will plant in groups of three next yr. LOVE this plant.
