I am very impressed with these. The germination rate was off the charts. I planted them in two locations, one full sun and one partial shade. Both locations are doing extremely well, and considering we had very little rainfall in July, they are even more impressive. Taller than I was expecting, they have been blooming for 6 weeks non-stop and still going strong. I just deadhead them every day or two, water them once a day, unless it rains and they keep pumping up the blooms. Bees love them. I'm in the Hudson Valley (zone 5B) and my soil is mostly loamy and I add compost whenever I'm planting and generally cover with enriching mulch (Coast of Maine) to keep the water in and weeds out. There were a few stray blue and Fata Morgana mixed in but that's fine. The pinks are gorgeous bi-color that fades to all pink.
